Plastic Dana Manufacturer in Delhi
We manufacture plastic dana - PP and CP granules - at our plant in Narela, Delhi. Natural, milky, colour, black, grey and metallic grades, tested every batch.
What plastic dana is
Dana is the everyday trade word for plastic granules in India. PP dana is polypropylene; CP dana is polypropylene copolymer, often written PPCP. Both arrive as small, uniform pellets that a moulder feeds straight into a moulding machine. What a buyer asks for as plastic dana is what we supply as PP and CP granules — the same material, two names.
The grades we make
Ten ranges, and custom shades developed to your reference.
- Natural granules — uncoloured PP, the base for most moulding work.
- Milky granules — off-white, where a lighter finish is needed.
- CP Colour and CP PW Colour — copolymer across a full shade range.
- Black and Grey granules — for parts where shade is not critical.
- Metallic granules — copper, silver and other metallic effects.
- Super granules and Colour 2nd — graded by shade consistency.
- Regrind granules — reprocessed material for cost-sensitive parts.

How we make it
Used polypropylene is sorted by grade and colour, washed, shredded, then melted and extruded into uniform granules. This happens at our own unit in DSIIDC Narela, Delhi, with warehousing at Bawana Industrial Area, so the material is made, tested and dispatched from one place.
Every batch is tested before it leaves
Six checks in our own laboratory: melt flow index, density, moisture, contamination, elongation and impact strength. Nothing is dispatched until it has passed all six. See how we test.

- What is the difference between PP dana and CP dana?
- PP is polypropylene. CP is polypropylene copolymer, often written PPCP, and is generally chosen where a part needs better impact strength. Grades with CP in the name belong to the copolymer family.
- Do you supply recycled or virgin dana?
- We manufacture reprocessed granules: used polypropylene cleaned, sorted and extruded back into uniform granules. Regrind is the most cost-sensitive grade in the range.
- Can you match a specific shade?
- Yes. Send a shade reference or a physical sample and we develop the grade to it. Custom shades are a regular part of what we make.
Tell us the shade. We will send the sample.
