Every batch, tested before dispatch.

Every batch of Markandey polymer granules is tested in our in-house lab for MFI, density, moisture, contamination, elongation and impact strength before dispatch.

Six checks on every batch.

Nothing is dispatched until it has passed all six. This is how we keep quality stable, repeatable and reliable.

  1. 01 MFI

    Melt Flow Index

Confirms the melt flows the same way in every batch, so your machine settings hold.

    Checked on every batch
  2. 02 g/cm³

    Density

Screens every batch for mixed polymers and filler before it reaches you.

    Checked on every batch
  3. 03 H2O

    Moisture Content

Keeps splay marks, silver streaks and voids off your finished parts.

    Checked on every batch
  4. 04 Visual

    Visual Quality & Contamination

Checks shade, granule uniformity, specks and foreign particles.

    Checked on every batch
  5. 05 %

    Elongation

Shows how far the material stretches before it breaks, so parts flex instead of cracking.

    Checked on every batch
  6. 06 J/m

    Izod Impact Strength

Measures the energy a notched sample absorbs when struck, so finished parts survive drops and knocks.

    Checked on every batch

Quality is our priority. Every batch of polymer granules is tested in our in-house lab before dispatch to ensure it meets required standards. This process ensures stable quality, repeatability and reliable performance for our customers.

What we test, and why it matters to you

Melt Flow Index (MFI)

MFI tells you how easily the melt flows. A steady MFI from batch to batch means your machine settings, cycle time and part weight stay where you set them.

Density

Density confirms that the material is what it should be. A reading outside the expected band is an early sign of mixed polymers or filler, so the batch is held back before it reaches you.

Moisture content

Surface moisture shows up as splay marks, silver streaks and voids on the finished part. We check moisture so the material is ready to run when it arrives.

Visual quality and contamination check

Each batch is inspected for shade, granule uniformity, specks and foreign particles, because on a visible part these are the first things your customer sees.

Elongation

Elongation shows how far the material stretches before it breaks. A consistent result means parts flex instead of cracking in snap fits, hinges and thin walls.

Izod impact strength

Izod impact strength measures the energy a notched sample absorbs when it is struck. It tells you how well finished parts survive drops and knocks, which matters for crates, buckets, furniture and toys.

Consistency is the real specification

Our operations integrate modern processing technologies with stringent quality standards to ensure uniformity and consistency in every batch we produce. We aim to support our customers with dependable products they can rely on, batch after batch.
