Reuse past, recycle present, save future.

Markandey Polymers turns polypropylene back into consistent, batch-tested granules, keeping plastic in use and giving manufacturers a dependable recycled raw material.

Coloured polymer granules with moulded plastic products

Reuse Past. Recycle Present. Save Future. That line sits under our name because it describes the work: taking polypropylene that has already served once and returning it to manufacturers as granules they can run with confidence.

Why recycled granules matter

Every tonne of polypropylene that is processed back into granules is a tonne that stays in use. For a manufacturer, recycled granules are a practical way to lower material cost and the footprint of a product at the same time, as long as the material behaves the same way in every batch.

Consistency makes recycling usable

Recycled material is only useful when it is predictable. That is why every batch we make is tested in our in-house lab for melt flow index, density, moisture content, visual contamination, elongation and Izod impact strength before dispatch. Stable, repeatable material means less scrap on your shop floor, which is a sustainability gain of its own.

A wide range keeps more material in use

Our catalogue covers natural, milky, colour, black, grey, metallic and regrind grades. A wide range lets each stream of material go into the grade where it performs best, from premium visible parts to cost-driven functional ones.

Work with us

If your product or brand has a recycled-content goal, tell us the application and the shade. We will suggest the grade that fits and arrange a sample.

The loop

From used polypropylene back to production.

Six steps take incoming material to an approved batch that is ready for your machines.

  1. 01

    Collection & segregation

Incoming polypropylene is collected and separated by polymer type and colour.

  2. 02

    Hot washing

Material is washed to remove dirt, labels and residue before processing.

  3. 03

    Sorting

Washed material is sorted again so each grade starts from a clean, uniform feed.

  4. 04

    Granulation

The melt is processed into uniform granules with consistent shade and size.

  5. 05

    Lab testing

Every batch is tested for MFI, density, moisture, visual contamination, elongation and Izod impact strength.

  6. 06

    Dispatch

Approved batches are packed and dispatched from Delhi.
