Recycled PP Granules Manufacturer in Delhi
Recycled and reprocessed PP granules from used polypropylene, made at our Narela, Delhi plant and lab tested on every batch. GRS certified.
What recycled PP granules are
Recycled PP granules are polypropylene that has already served once, cleaned and processed back into small, uniform pellets that a moulder can feed straight into a moulding machine. In the trade they are also called reprocessed PP granules, recycled PP pellets or plastic reprocess granules, and in everyday Hindi, reprocessed PP dana. Every granule we make is produced this way: we take used polypropylene and return it to manufacturers as a raw material they can run batch after batch.
How we recycle polypropylene
Used polypropylene is sorted by grade and colour, washed, shredded, then melted and extruded into uniform granules. All of it happens at our own unit in DSIIDC Narela, Delhi, with warehousing at Bawana Industrial Area, so the material is made, tested and dispatched from one place.
Recycled does not mean unpredictable
Recycled material is only useful when it behaves the same way in every batch. Each batch is tested in our in-house laboratory for melt flow index, density, moisture, contamination, elongation and Izod impact strength, and nothing is dispatched until it has passed all six. See how we test.
Recycled PP and PPCP grades we make
Because material is sorted by grade and colour before it is processed, recycled polypropylene granules come out in a full range of shades and grades:
- Natural PP granules — uncoloured, the base for most moulding work.
- Milky PP granules — off-white, where a lighter finish is needed.
- CP Colour and CP PW Colour — recycled PPCP (copolymer) across a full shade range, for parts that need better impact strength.
- Black and Grey PP granules — for parts where shade is not critical.
- Metallic PP granules — copper, silver and golden effects.
- Super granules and Colour 2nd — graded by shade consistency.
- Regrind granules — the most cost-sensitive grade, for functional parts and blending.

Certified recycled content
We hold the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, which covers our recycled content claims and the chain of custody behind them, along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Buyers who need copies for vendor registration, a customer audit or a recycled content declaration can request them.
Why moulders choose recycled PP granules
- A practical way to lower material cost for the same part
- A lower footprint for products with a recycled-content goal
- Properties checked on every batch, so the material runs the same way each time
- Custom shades developed to your reference or sample
Where our recycled granules go
- Crates, bins and pallets
- Caps and closures
- Containers and buckets

- Are your PP granules recycled or virgin?
- All our granules are recycled: used polypropylene that is sorted, washed and extruded back into uniform granules. Regrind is the most cost-sensitive grade in the range.
- Are reprocessed PP granules the same as recycled PP granules?
- Yes. Reprocessed PP granules, recycled PP pellets and plastic reprocess granules all describe the same material: used polypropylene processed back into uniform granules. We make all our granules this way.
- What is the difference between recycled PP and recycled PPCP granules?
- PP is polypropylene. PPCP, or CP, is polypropylene copolymer and is generally chosen where a part needs better impact strength. Grades with CP in the name belong to the copolymer family.
- Can recycled PP granules be used for visible parts?
- Yes. Our natural, milky and colour ranges are made for visible mouldings, while regrind and the 2nd grades suit cost-driven functional parts.
- Is your recycled content certified?
- Yes. We are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified, and certificate copies are shared with buyers on request.
- Do you send samples before an order?
- Yes. Send a shade reference or your target properties and we will send a sample before a full order.
